It's great to see so much information about Antarctica being made available on the Web.

I'd like to make a contribution. I was a member of the support staff in the  US Antarctic Research Program from 1978 to 1986. I worked as the Winterover Cook at Palmer Station 12/78-12/79.

I took a year off then went to work in McMurdo's USARP Cargo the summers of 81/82,82/83.

I was the Logistics mgr for South Pole 83-86.

I have a lot of stories to tell and a lot of pictures to show off.
